摘要
研究了Nb含量对Ti3Al+Ti5Si3双相合金组织和性能的影响.结果表明,随着Nb原子含量从0增加到20%,合金的组织形貌变化不大,仅在Nb含量为10%时,出现网篮状组织.合金在室温下的断裂强度以及基体的显微硬度均随Nb含量的增多而增大.加入10%Nb的双相合金其综合性能最好.
The effect of Nb on microstructure and properties of Ti3Al+Ti5Si3 dualphase alloys has been studied;it indicates that with the Nb content′s increasing from 0 to 20%,the morphology of the alloy microstructure remains almost the same and the basketweave microstructure is observed in the primary phase of the dualphase alloy with 10% Nb.The fracture strength of the alloy under room temperature and microhardness of the matrix increase significantly with the Nb content′s increasing.The Ti3Al+Ti5Si3 alloy with 10% Nb has the best comprehensive properties.
