《食品安全法》是我国最近在讨论制定的一部重要经济法律。在有关危害食品安全犯罪的刑事责任条款的设定上,立法者应该放弃以往"大而全"的刑法典模式,尝试在《食品安全法》直接规定具有罪状和法定刑的附属刑法,实现中国刑事立法模式的一个新转变。

The Food Safety Law is an important economic law which is recently discussed and made. On the setup of criminal lia- bility provision of food safety crime, the legislator should try to directly provide accessory criminal law which contains crime in- dictment and statutory sentence other than using the previous mode of huge and comprehensive criminal code. It is a new transformation in Chinese legislative mode of criminal law.
