青岛市农业科技进村入户的模式创新与选择

Innovation and Choice on the Pattern of Agricultural Science and Technology Entering Villages and Peasant Households of Qingdao

科学技术是建设现代农业的核心动力。但是,对于越来越深刻复杂的现代农业技术,通过什么形式和渠道快速进村入户,是各级领导和广大农民群众最关心的问题,也是理论界需要认真研究探索的重要课题。本文提出了农业科技特派员、农业科技"110"服务站、农业科技专家大院、院校和研究机构推广农业科技、农业科技合作社等五种值得选择的创新模式。

Science and technology is the core power of building modern agriculture. But, with the modern agriculture technology more profound and complex, through which forms and channels entering villages and peasant households fast is the concern of the leaders at all levels and the masses, and is also the important subject which the theorists need to study seriously. This article proposes five innovation patterns which are worth choosing： the special representatives of the agricultural science and technology, ＂110＂ service station, expert yard, the cooperative society and the agricultural science and technology expansion by colleges and universities.
