微波消解—原子荧光光谱法测定砷价态的变化

Determination of Arsenic Valence by Atom Fluorescence Photometer with Microwave Digestion

采用原子荧光光谱法研究微波消解对砷价态的影响。样品溶液经消解后检测发现检测值偏低,加硫脲-抗坏血酸还原后,检测值达到正常范围。这表明在消解过程中,砷的价态发生了转变,导致检测结果偏低。

The effect of Arsenic valence 3 solution digested by microwave is studied with the help of atom fluorescence photometer. We find that the result of digested sample is low. When the digested sample is deoxidized by reducer,the result is close to the normal. It shows the Arsenic valence changes in the digestion and the result is low.
