摘要
针对大学生面对应激性事件易采用悲观解释模式或消极应对方式从而产生抑郁的问题,提出了一些调适抑郁的建议。
When facing emergencies, college students tend to take ways of either pessimistic explanation or negative response, which, the paper believes, might be the cause of depression some of them suffer from. Suggestions are offered on psychological regulation.
