非现役文职护士“Y-G人格测验”人格特征的研究

Study on Personality Characteristics of Civilian Nurses Serving in the Army by Y-G Personality Test

目的分析某部队综合医院非现役文职护士的人格特征,为选拔优秀护士人才提供人格特征参考依据。方法采用"Y-G人格测验"问卷及自制调查问卷,调查非现役文职护士66名和聘用制护士311名,分析非现役文职护士和聘用制护士的人格特质和性格类型特征。结果非现役文职护士和聘用制护士在O、Co、AG、S共4个人格特质上存在差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在D型性格类型上也存在显著差异(P<0.05),非现役文职护士的D型较多(66.7%);非现役文职护士没有E型性格类型,而有4个聘用护士为E型性格类型。结论非现役文职护士与聘用制护士的人格特征差异有统计学意义,非现役文职护士的人格特征较为理想,说明部队选拔的非现役文职护士职业心理素质较好。

Objective To study the personality characteristics of civilian nurses serving in the army by Y-G Personality Test. Methods Y-G Personality Test and self-designed questionnaire were used to investigate and analyze the personality characteristics of 66 civilian nurses serving in the army and 311 contracted nurses. Results There were differences between the civilian nurses serving in the army and contracted nurses in the 4 personality characteristics of O, Co, AG and S （P〈0.05） and so it was with type D personality （P〈0.05）. 66.7% of the civilian nurses serving in the army belonged to type D in personality and none of them did to type E, but 4 contracted nurses had type E personality. Conclusion The personality characteristics of civilian nurses serving in the army, significantly different from those of contracted ones, are ideal, indicating the civilian nurses serving in the army possess better mental quality.
