植物提取物复合杀蚜剂的研制及其稳定性测定

AN APHICIDE COMPOSED OF GERM METABOLITES AND PLANT EXTRACTS

以生物测定为手段，以杀蚜效果为主要依据，研制出以组分比例为５份发酵液浓缩液∶１份白蔓陀罗提取物∶０２份花椒提取物的菌类代谢物—植物提取物复合杀蚜剂，简称为Ｇ—Ｐ杀蚜剂；稀释４００倍４８ｈ对萝卜蚜的药效为９７９％；室温下存放半年，药效损失７１７％，存放一年，药效下降１０８０％．

By using bioassay as main method,we studied and prepared germ metabolite and plant extract compound aphicide (G-P aphicide).The G-P aphicide is composed of fermentation concentrate of Paecilomyces griseiviride and extracts of Datura stramenium L.and Zanthoxylum bungeanum Max.and the proper ratio of the three components above is 5:1:0.2.The G-P aphicide against Lipaphis erysimi is 97.4% effective in 48 hours.After storage at room temperature for 6 months and one year,the activity of G-P aphicide reduced 7.17% and 10.8% respectively.
