摘要
2008年是中国改革开放30周年，年初以来学术交流活动频繁举行，学术成果纷呈。整体来看，对学科基础理论在固有的基础上进行了深化，对学科前沿问题则进行了多层次、全方位的探讨。
The year 2008 is the 30th year of reform and opening up in China. Since the beginning of the year, there have been frequently activities of academic exchange in the science of the criminal law, leading to the scoring of major academic achievements one after another. As far as the general situation of criminal jurisprudence studies in China so far in 2008 is concerned, indepth studies of basic criminal jurisprudence theories have been conducted on the existing theoretical basis of criminal jurisprudence, with multilevel and all- round exploration into leading disciplinary issues of criminal jurisprudence.
