摘要
由于我国国内劳动力优势的降低(包括人口结构的老龄化、劳动力价格成本的提高、三农政策所导致的民工返城现象的缓解等)和能源资源的日益短缺,以及国际产业三次转移中发达国家的优势积累,转变经济增长方式成为我国经济可持续发展的当务之急。本文旨在建立一个关于自主创新和经济增长的模型,先总体分析两者之间的相关关系,然后以某一地区(苏州)为例,具体验证该模型的正确性。
