农村金融与经济关系的实证分析

近几年来,中国农村正规金融作用的发挥虽然有了很大的改善,但仍然存在许多问题,其职能在一定程度上有所偏离,对农村经济发展和农民增收没有起到很好的推动作用。本文以河南省为例,得出农业信贷与农村经济具有正向的变动关系。并提出相应的政策建议。

In the last few yeas, the function of Chinese regular commercialization rural finance has got a great improvement, but enists some problems. Its function has deviated to some extent and it has not play a good role in pushing the development of nual economy and increasing on farmers＇ incomes. This text takes Henan province for example, coming to the conclusion that they are positive relation between agriculture loans and rural economy. In the end, it puts forward some suggestions.
