摘要 以1-(2-吡咯偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)为配位剂,Triton X-114为中性表面活性剂,HNO_3-乙醇为黏度调节剂,pH为7的中性铜标液,对浊点萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜的试验条件进行了优化。在最佳条件下,铜的检测限为0.33μg/L,富集倍数为50,方法的线性回归方程为:A=0.0449 c+0.007 1。对自来水,矿泉水,井水以及学校湖水中痕量铜的含量进行了测定,加标回收率为97%~104%。 Using 1 - (2 - pyridylazo) - 2 - naphthol (PAN) as chelating agent, Triton X - 114 as surfactant with HNO3 - ethnol as regulator of viscosity, pH = 7, the determination conditions of copper by cloud point extraction-- flame atomic absorption spectrometry (CPE- FAAS) method-- were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limit of copper was 0.33 ug/L. The enrichment factor was 50 - fold for copper. The regression equation was A = 0. 0449 c + 0. 0071. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of trace quantities of copper in four water samples, including tap water, mineral water, wall water and river water, with the satisfactory recoveries ranging from 97 % to 104 %.
