膝关节滑膜皱襞综合征及相关的解剖学观测

The anatomical observition of the synovial plica syndrome of knee and its relationship structures

目的探讨膝关节内的滑膜皱襞与皱襞综合征的解剖学关系,为临床提供形态学依据。方法解剖了64侧成人尸体的膝关节并进行了观测。结果膝关节的髌内侧滑膜皱襞较为重要,其长度为30.6±6.2 mm,宽度为4.4±1.8 mm。结论滑膜皱襞的位置及类型与临床症状和体征密切相关。

Objective： To inverstigate the role of synovial plica of the knee and synovial plica syndrome,and provide morphologic evidence for the clinic apply.Methods： 64 sides of knee joints of adult cadavers were dissected and observed.Results： the medial patellar synovial plica of knee is more important and its longth is 30.6±6.2mm,the width is 4.4±1.8mm.Conclusion： To relate position and types of synovial plica with clinical symptoms and signs.
