新型增塑阻燃剂三异丙苯基磷酸酯的合成工艺研究

摘要 目的用三异丙基苯酚和三氯氧磷为原料合成三异丙苯基磷酸酯。方法研究了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产品质量及产率的影响,得出最佳工艺条件。结果正交实验确定的最佳工艺条件:三异丙基苯酚三氯氧磷摩尔比3.1∶1,反应温度180℃,反应时间7.5 h。结论产物产率为97%,产品质量符合标准。 Objective: Tri-isopropylated phenyl phosphate ester was synthesized from isopropylphenol and phosphorus oxychloride.Methods: The effects of the component ratio,reaction temperature and time on the product yield and quality have been discussed and the optimum technological conditions have been obtained.Results: The optimum conditions by orthogonal design were determined as follows:the ratio of isopropylphenol to phosphorus oxychloride is 3.1∶1(molar),reaction temperature is 180 ℃,reaction time is 7.5 hour.Conclusion: The product quality was up to standard and the yield was 97%.
