摘要
目的探讨两种蛛网膜下腔出血模型所致脑血管痉挛的情况。方法选用健康Wistar大鼠36只,随机分为对照组、一次注血组、二次注血组。对照组注入生理盐水0.3 ml、一次注血组注入无抗凝自体血0.3 ml、二次注血组在1次注血后48 h再次注入0.3 ml。不同时间点在体观察基底动脉管径变化,动态检测大鼠顶叶皮层局部脑组织血流量(rCBF)。结果(1)注血1 h后,一次及二次注血组基底动脉痉挛明显,与对照组比较均有显著显著性差异(P<0.01),注血3 d后一次注血组基底动脉痉挛得到缓解,二次注血组基底动脉则持续痉挛,与一次注血组比较均有显著显著性差异(P<0.01)。(2)注血1 h后,一次及二次注血组rCBF值均较对照组降低(P<0.01)。注血3 d后,一次注血组rCBF逐渐恢复,二次注血组与一次注血组比较明显降低(P<0.01)结论一次注血模型适宜研究早期脑血管痉挛,二次注血模型则可造成脑血管的持续性痉挛。
Objective: To explore the cerebral vasospasm caused by two subarachnoid hemorrhage models.Methods: Forty eight Wistar rats were divided into three groups: control group receiving intracisternal injection of 0.3 ml normal saline,single injection group receiving intracisternal injection of 0.3 ml autologous non-heparinized blood and double injection group receiving intracisternal injection of 0.3 ml blood 48 h after first injection of blood.In vivo basilar artery(BA) measurement at different times were performed.Regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) in parietal lobe was dynamically detected.Results:(1) After 1 hour of injection of blood,vasospasm of basilar arteries in the single injection group and the double injection group ware aggravated than that of the control group.There was difference compared with the control group(P〈0.01).Three days later,vasospasm of basilar arteries in the single injection group was alleviated.Vasospasm of basilar arteries in the double injection group was persistent,which was different compared with that of the single injection group(P〈0.01).(2)The rCBF in the single and the double injection groups were less than that in the control group(P〈0.01).Three days later,the rCBF in the single group was gradually recovered.Meanwhile,the rCBF in the double injection group was also significantly less than that in the single injection group(P〈0.01).Conclusion: The single injection model adapt to studying early phase of cerebral vasospasm,and the double injection model can lead to persistent cerebral vasospasm.
