超声诊断急性阑尾炎的探讨

Discussion of ultrasonic inspection in appendicitis diagnosis

目的探讨各型急性阑尾炎声像图特征及超声诊断急性阑尾炎的价值。方法对186例经手术病理证实的阑尾炎的超声检查进行分析。结果急性单纯性阑尾炎诊断率低,急性化脓性阑尾炎、坏疽性阑尾炎和阑尾周围脓肿诊断率较高,声像图特征明显。结论超声诊断急性阑尾炎具有重要作用,它可为急性阑尾炎分型提供参考,为患者提供了直接、简便、安全的诊断方法,为临床手术提供可靠的诊断依据。

Objective： To discuss the characteristics of ultrasonic images of appendicitis and the value of ultrasonic inspection in the appendicitis diagnosis.Methods： The ultrasonic inspection of 186 appendicitis diagnosis was analyzed.Results： The percentage of simple appendicitis diagnosis was low,but that of some other kinds of appendicitis was high and with clear characteristics in ultrasonic images.Conclusion： The ultrasonic inspection plays an important role in the appendicitis diagnosis,which provides not only reference for the classification of appendicitis,direct,but also the simple and safe diagnosis for the patient,and good basis for clinical surgery.
