摘要
通过对汾河太原城区段污染现状分析,首先进行水质环境条件概化,在此基础上建立汾河太原城区段非稳定水质模型。用全隐式有限差分法进行数值计算,并对各监测断面未来污染物浓度进行预报;最后,以该段出口断面水质功能为目标,对各排污支流的允许排放浓度进行优化调配。
On the basis of analysing the polluted situation of Taiyuan reach,Fenhe river,present water quality environment is summarized,unsteady state water quality model is developed,and concentration of the pollutants in the monitored sectors is predicted.According to the demands for water quality in different river reaches,permissive discharged concentration of the pollutants in all drainage tributaries are optimally regulated.
