On Science Technology Cooperation Strategy in Economic Zone of East Zhejiang Province

科技合作是现代社会推动经济发展的重要手段。浙东四市一直以中小民营经济为主,科技进步速度已滞后于经济发展速度。浙东四市在区位、产业和人文环境等方面具备了良好的科技合作条件,在此基础上加强知识产权的保护,提高集群服务水平,注重中介人才培养,使科技合作走上网络化、社会化、产业化之路。

Science technology cooperation is an important means to push economy ahead in modem society. Medium-small- sized private enterprises are the main forms of economy in the Economic Zone composed by four cities of east Zhejiang province. However, Science technology cooperation is lagging behind economic development. Based on the good cooperation conditions in geography, shared industry and cultural environments, science technology cooperation could be conducted in aspect of protection of intellectual property rights, services of industrial cluster, network, socialization and industrialization.
