摘要
对氯化钾与硫酸铵制备硫酸钾的水盐体系进行了基础研究,通过实验,得到了一系列湿渣—饱和液的组成对照数据及对照曲线。由此可确定出硫酸钾产品纯度和对应饱和液的一个变化范围,为制定工艺条件提供了理论依据。
In this paper,the basic process of producing potassium sulfate from potassium chloride and ammonium sulfate at 40℃ and at an atomosphere pressure is studied.A series of experiments on determinating wet residue composition and the corresponding saturated solution composition were carried out.The results can be used to make an change range of purity of the potassium sulfate and the corresponding saturated solution.It provides technological conditions with a theoretical basis.
