摘要
定位于应用型人才培养规格的普通本科院校人才的创新能力培养,不仅要建立课外实践平台,更重要的是需要改革课程教学方式。文章通过对浙江万里学院大班理论授课与小组讨论、自主学习与合作性学习相结合的合作性学习课程教学改革的思考、探索与实践,提出在课程教学中培养学生的能力是主要的,知识学习是载体,学生通过知识学习,学会自我获取知识的能力、批判性思维的能力和创新知识的能力,这是教育的本质之所在。重视在教学过程中学生创新能力的培养和综合素质的提高的新型教学方式其在教学目标、教学内容、师生关系、教学评价等方面与传统课堂教学有着显著的差异,需要转变师生的观念,以科学的能力评价机制引导学生重视自我能力的发展。
The education goal in Zhejiang Wanli University is established to foster qualified graduates who will be creative and have higher applicable abilities. Thus the traditional education modes should be changed and a reform on teaching and learning should be taken. This article is a reflection on reform of cooperative learning courses in this school. The theory-typed courses are given in large-sized class, combining student discussions in small groups. Autonomous learning and cooperative learning styles are introduced and stressed in the reform. Compared with traditional teaching approach, the new teaching and learning strategy has made remarkable achievements, particularly in aspect of teaching objectives, teaching contents, teacher and student relationship and teaching assessment.
