Press Freedoms from the View of Comparative Law

出版自由作为一种个人自由表达其思想和意见的方式,是公民的一项宪法基本权利,对于国家和公民的生存与发展有着重要的意义。从比较法的角度,通过比较各国宪法、法律关于出版自由的定义、保护以及限制的规定,结合我国出版实际,提出相应建议。

As a manner of personal freedom to express their thoughts and views, freedom of the press, is the citizens＇constitutional fundamental rights. It is of great significance to the country and citizens＇survival and development. This study from the view of comparative law, by comparing the various countries of the Constitution, the law about the definition of freedom of the press, as well as the protection and restrictions, gives corresponding conclusions and recommendations according to the reality of our country.
