地高辛佐治充血性心力衰竭康复疗效

The therapeutic effect of rehabilitation in treating congestive heart failure with the digoxin

目的观察地高辛在充血性心力衰竭(CHF)康复治疗中的临床疗效。方法70例CHF患者随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用地高辛。1个月为一疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果两组治疗后心功能较治疗前有明显改善,治疗组总有效率85.7%较对照组的60.6%为高。结论地高辛是CHF康复治疗的有效辅助药物,可改善心功能,减轻相关症状,在心衰患者的体能恢复中显示出明显优势,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the digoxin in congestive heart failure （CHF） in the rehabilitation of clinical efficacy. Methods 70 patients with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group （35 eases） and the control group （35 cases）, the control group given conventional treatment, in the conventional treatment group therapy based on the digoxigenin. A month for a course of treatment, 2 after the treatment effect observed. Results The two sets of cardiac function after treatment than before treatment has improved, total effective than the control group, 85.7 percent of the 60.6 percent higher, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Digoxin is an effective treatment of CHF patients as a supplementary drug in the physical recovery which may improve cardiac function and reduce associated symptoms,and which is worth clinical application.
