摘要
《国家赔偿法》实施十几年来,在发挥了巨大作用的同时,也暴露出许多问题,在执行中不断遭遇尴尬,司法赔偿决定"执行难"问题严重。文章探讨了影响司法赔偿决定执行的因素和司法赔偿决定执行的路径。
There are both positive and negative sides for ＂National Compensation Law＂ since it was issued decades ago. The problem of ineffectively executed eases is very noteworthy. The Barriers in execution are discussed with proposals for solutions.
