摘要
师生关系对教学效果来说是至关重要的一个因素。构建和谐的师生对话关系对于学生的全面发展、教育的改革与发展意义深远。作为一种教育理念和精神,师生对话是教师与学生的知识、经验和人格精神在教育情景中的相遇。构建和谐的师生对话关系,师生要明确各自在教学中的角色和地位,教学内容和方法应能满足学生认知与情感发展的需要,教学评价也应做出适当调整以促使达到更好的教学效果。
Teacher-student relationship is a crucial factor to the teaching effect. To establish a harmonious dialogic relationship between teachers and students is of profound significance to students' all-round development,to the reform and development of education. As an educational concept and spirit, the dialogic teacher-student relationship is the encounter between teachers and students in terms of knowledge, experience and personality in educational situation. The construction of a harmonious dialogic relationship requires that teachers and students have a complete understanding of each role and position in education, that teaching content and approaches facilitate students' development of cognition and emotion, and that teaching evaluation be appropriately adjusted so as to promote better teaching effect.
