随着城市经济建设的快速发展,许多部门在城市园林绿化中,违背了科学发展规律,严重破坏了生态环境,无形中浪费了大量的能源、资源,阻碍了经济社会的发展及人们生存环境的改善。为缓解资源、能源日益紧缺的状况,必须加快资源节约型、环境友好型城市的建设,创建和谐社会,促进经济可持续发展。

With the rapid urban development,many departments,ignoring the scientific development laws, destroy ecological balance in the process of forestation ,whose behavior not only wastes energy and resource, but also block economic development and ecological improvement. Thus economic-based and ecology friendly cities are proposed to develop harmonious society
