摘要
根据已报道的建兰花叶病毒和齿兰环斑病毒外壳蛋白基因序列设计PCR引物,建立了蝴蝶兰建兰花叶病毒和齿兰环斑病毒IC-RT-PCR检测方法。用该方法对天津地区8个蝴蝶兰标样检测,结果显示:8个标样中有4个检测到建兰花叶病毒,另外4个检测到齿兰环斑病毒。该方法简化了操作程序,为蝴蝶兰种苗病毒的快速检测奠定了基础。
Based on the reported odontoglossum ringspot Tobamovirus (ORSV) and cymbidium mosaic potexvirus (CymMV) coat protein sequence, two pairs of primer were designed and IC-RT -PCR method was developed. Eight samples were collected from Tianjing and IC- RT- PCR method was performed. Four samples were infected with ORSV and the others were infected with CymMV. The method provied a new approch for quickly detection of ORSV and CymMV.
