45 钢高低周复合疲劳寿命的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文以45钢为例,系统研究了高低周复合加载下的复合循环应力比、高周循环次数、高周循环频率对复合疲劳寿命的影响,并建立了复合循环应力比和高周循环次数与复合疲劳寿命之间的关系式.结果表明:复合疲劳寿命随应力比和循环次数的增加而明显降低,高周循环频率对复合疲劳寿命没有影响. The effects of cycle stress ratio, high cycle numbers and high cycle frequency on complex fatigue life under high-low cycle complex fatigue are investigated in 45 steel. The relationships of cycle stress ratio to complex fatigue life and that of high cycle numbers to complex fatigue are established. The results show that complex fatigue life is obviously reduced by the cycle stress ratio and cycle numbers raising. The high cycle frequency can affect little on complex fatigue life.
