河北省民营科技企业核心竞争力的问题与对策

Questions and Countermeasures of Core Competence of Non-governmental Scientific and Technological Enterprise in Hebei Province

改革开放以来,河北省民营科技企业得到快速的发展,但民营科技企业核心竞争力还不很强,企业文化的功能没有得到充分发挥,创新能力偏弱、整合能力不强,为此要大力培养科技人才、积极培育特色企业文化、大幅度增加研发投入、加强品牌建设、努力提高资源整合能力、抓住滨海新区开发的发展契机。

Since the reform and opening-up, non-governmental scientific and technological enterprises in Hebei Province have obtained rapid development, but its core competence is not very strong. Functions of enterprise culture have not been displayed fully; innovating ability is relatively weaker, and the ability of recomhining resources is not strong, so it needs to train scientific and technical personnel, to cultivate positively characteristic enterprise culture, to increase the research and development investment, to strengthen the brand construction, to sharpen the resources recombination ability in large scale, and to hold developing opportunity of Binhai New Area in Tianjin City.
