摘要 对人力资源能力柔性的国外文献研究进行了综述,总结了人力资源能力柔性所包含的两大方面:技能柔性和行为柔性,并分析了人力资源能力柔性与企业绩效的关系。 This paper summarizes the researches on human resources competency flexibility, sums up two areas of the HR competency flexibility: skill flexible and behavior flexible, and analyses the relationship between HR competency flexibility and performance of corporations, The author expects to provide a platform for strategic HR area in domestic corporations, and improves performauce by increasing HR competency flexibility.
