一种新的中心定位算法在细胞分割中的应用

摘要 以模糊数学为基础,提出了一种新的寻找细胞核中心的方法。该方法能有效地对同一图中多个不同大小的细胞核进行定位,并且其抗噪能力较强,正确率较高。文中采用该定位算法确定细胞核的中心位置后,再应用水平集的方法对细胞显微图像进行分割。分割的结果进一步表明了这种中心定位算法是有效的和鲁棒的,能辅助其他分割算法一起完成复杂图像的分割任务。 A new center location method based on fuzzy mathematics is presented. With this method, the center of karyon can be easily found even when they have different size in one cell image. And the result is always correct with in response of serious noise. After the center location of elliptical karyon obtained, level set method is applied to segmentation task. Through the result this center location method is proved to be effective and robust.
