摘要
改革开放带来的伦理道德观念的变化,使教师的道德和人格形象应由权威性的师长形象转变为民主平等的良师益友形象,由安贫乐道的圣职形象转变成为价值均衡的专业形象;改革开放以来,文化现象本身也发生了翻天覆地的变化,教师的文化仪表形象应由刻板、保守的教书匠形象,转变为具有科学理性又不缺乏人性化、时尚化的形象;改革开放以来,知识更新越来越快,传统的教师职业形象应由知识灌输者形象转变为学生发展的指导者、促进者以及学习者和研究者形象。
The changes of the reforms and opening are supposed to have brought about the changes of the teacher image. The culture itself changes. It is assumed that the teachers should become more rational, humane, and adaptable to the times. They should no longer serve as tools to impart knowledge. Furthermore, teachers should keep on learning, as well.
