大学英语学习的个体差异及应对策略

Individualities and strategies in college English Learning

近年来,随着高校不断扩招,在校生呈多元化发展趋势,个体差异日益突出。传统的大学英语教学模式已经不能满足不同学生的发展需要。大学生之间存在个体差异,为此,我们有针对性地提出了旨在因材施教,满足个性化发展需要的新型的教学模式。

In recent years, with colleges and universities＇ continuous enlargement of their enrollment, the quality of college students tends to be diverse and the individual differences become more obvious. The traditional college English teaching mode is incapable of satisfying different students＇ needs for development. The present paper analyses five kinds of individual differences and puts forward a new teaching mode which aims at teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, as well as satisfying students＇ needs for individualizing development.
