摘要
从2001年至今,义务教育阶段的英语教学改革已进行了几年。在这场教学改革实践中,教师、教材及教学的评价都影响着英语课程实施的成败。教师是课程改革的实施者,教材是课程理念的载体,评价是课程目标实现的保障。教师对课程标准的认识、对教材的合理使用、对评价的操作与使用,是影响英语课程改革成败的核心因素。
The reform of the English teaching has been going on since 2001 in the compulsory education. The evaluations of the teachers, course books, and the teaching effect are all vital to the success of the new curriculum..Teachers are executors, and course books represent the conceptions.
