摘要 探索采用双圆弧齿轮基本齿廓,从理论上分析作为谐波传动啮合齿形的可行性,应用包络理论推导出刚轮与柔轮的共轭齿廓方程。同时通过实际算例,运用最小二乘法拟合柔轮和刚轮齿廓的离散点,证明了柔轮和刚轮齿廓均为双圆弧齿形,经理论计算和分析,拟合齿廓与理论齿廓间误差很小,工程上视两者齿廓共轭。 This text explored the method of using the basic tooth profile of the double arc gear as the harmonic drive gear meshing tooth, theoretically analysed its feasibility, and using the envelope method deduced the conjugate tooth profile equation of flexible wheel and rigid wheel. Meanwhile, through practical examples and using the least-squares method to fit the discrete points of flexible wheel and rigid wheel' s gear tooth profiles,it was proved that flexible wheel and rigid wheel' s gear tooth profiles are just double arc tooth ,because the error between fitting tooth profile and theoretical tooth profile is very small in theoretical calculations, their tooth profiles are conjugative.
