摘要
ESP是汽车全新的主动安全控制系统,其液压控制系统是保证汽车行驶稳定性的重要执行机构。本文通过研究ESP液压系统的工作原理,并结合液压的基本原理,分别对主/被动制动下的增压、减压状态下的制动轮缸压力进行数学建模,使用Matlab/Simulink软件对上述状态搭建模块图,得到了ESP液压系统仿真模型,并对ESP液压系统进行仿真。本文建立的主要模块的数学模型,为ESP液压控制单元的设计和匹配提供了依据。
ESP is a new active control system of safety and hydraulic control system is important for the safe driving of vehicle. Composing and principle of ESP braking hydraulic system are researched in the paper,which is an important part of ESP. Based on the hydraulic theory, how to model hydraulic system was also introduced in the paper. And the simulated modeling of the hydraulic system was built by using Simulink. At the same time, the simulation is carried out when the brake wheel is in the state of pressure build-up and pressure suppression. The mathematical models of the main parts were built to provide suggestions for design and matching of the hydraulic control system.
