摘要
综述了组织、显微、光谱、色谱及分子生物学技术等鉴定方法在铁皮石斛鉴定中的研究与应用,以期为铁皮石斛的有效鉴定提供科学依据。
The studies on various method of authentication of Dendrobium officinale,including organoleptic tests,microscopic examination,spectrometry,chromatography and molecular analysis,were summarized.Thus it can be able to provide some scientific references for the effective authentication of D.officinale.
