油箱托架成形防开裂的研究

摘要 分析了油箱托架成形的机理及开裂的原因,开裂是由于材料在拉深变形时,变形速度过快,材料变形应力得不到应有的释放,要改变这一现状须控制材料的变形速度,即控制好液压机的运行压制过程。利用PLC先进控制技术,适时控制压机的驱动油路,使压机有时间有顺序,按材料在压制过程中材料应力释放的规律来完成拉深成形,从而可以消除开裂现象。 Forming mechanism and cracking reasons of the fuel tank bracket were analyzed. The cracking was due to the very fast deformation and the material deformation stress was not released during the tensile deformation of material. To change this status the speed of deformation was controlled, which was to control the stamping process of hydraulic machine. Using advanced control technology of PLC, timely controlling the drive circuit of the machine, it maked hydraulic machine to complete the stretch forming of fuel tank bracket in accordance to material stress release during the stamping process in chronological order, and thus the cracking phenomenon could be eliminated.
