摘要
采用有限元仿真的方法研究板料主要力学性能参数,以及表面摩擦状况对整体式侧围外板类零件冲压成形的影响,以获得整体式侧围外板类零件冲压成形材料关键性能参数的选取准则,并进行试验验证。结果表明:对整体式侧围外板类零件,应该选择材料屈强比sσ/σb<0.5,硬化指数n>0.22,厚向异性系数r>2.0,延伸率δ≥45%的板料。
Effect of material parameters and process parameters on the stamping formability of an integrated body side outer panel was studied by using finite element simulation method. Then, a rule on selecting key material parameters of sheet metal for integrated body side outer panel was obtained, and testified by experiments. The results show that the sheet metal material with the stress ratio σs/σb〈0.5, the strain hardening exponent n〉0. 22, anisotropie parameter r 〉2.0 and the elongation δ≥45% should be selected for integrated body side outer panel.
