摘要
研究具有倾斜传感器的三维方向磁传感器电路设计及信号处理。首先,二维磁传感器HMC1052和一维磁传感器HMC1051Z正交测量地磁场的三个分量,并将其转换为差分电压信号放大输出,电压信号分别被A/D采样存储到单片机中;其次,倾角传感器输出与磁传感器的倾角成正比的脉冲信号,脉冲信号高电平被单片机内部计数器计算出存储在单片机内;最后,单片机通过串口将数据传送到PC机进行处理和显示。文中利用传感器的复位/置位电路有效地提高传感器的灵敏度,同时还对此进行了仿真。此外,通过软件方法消除电桥偏置电压。
This paper descripe a circuit design and signal processing of 3-D orientation sensor. Firstly,the 3-D magnetic sensor is composed of HMC1052 and HMC1051 measured the earth magnetic density which transfers difference voltage signal output,then the signal is magnified by amplifier and sampled by A/D;Secondly,the 2-D inclinometer output the pulse signal which is proportional to tilt angle,then the high level is calculated by counter/timers of MCU;The Reset/Set coil of the magnetic sensor improves the sensitivity;Data is transferred to personal computer which is processed and displayed. The offset voltage is removed by soft method. Moreover the simulation has been executed of Set/Reset circuit.
