Deficiency in System for Treatment of Soot-Water from Shell Coal Gasifier and its Improvement

从Shell煤气化工艺与Texaco煤气化工艺黑水处理系统比较入手,指出Shell煤气化工艺黑水处理系统的不足。提出借鉴Texaco煤气化工艺黑水处理优点进行改进的建议,将变换冷凝液引入湿洗塔循环洗涤水中调节其pH值,不仅可降低操作难度,而且可减少运行成本。

Starting with a comparison between the soot-water treatment systems of the Shell and Texaco coal gasification processes, the deficiency is pointed out in the system of the Shell gasification process. Suggestions are offered for its improvement by drawing on the merits of the soot-water treatment system of the Texaco coal gasification process, and the condensate from shift conversion is introduced into the circulating wash water in the wet scrubber to adjust its pH value, thereby lowering the operating difficulty and the operating cost.
