中药灌肠合复方谷氨酰胺治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

Investigation of chronic non-specificity ulcerative colitis treated by combination of herbal enema and complex glutamine capsule

目的观察中药灌肠配合口服复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将240例慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为3组。治疗组80例用中药灌肠配合口服复方谷氨酰肠溶胶囊治疗,对照1组80例单纯口服复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗,对照2组80例单纯中药灌肠治疗。治疗组和对照2组均按中医辨证分为2型灌肠:脾虚寒湿型以肠炎Ⅰ号+肠炎Ⅱ号为基本方;湿热壅滞型以肠炎Ⅰ号+肠炎Ⅲ号为基本方。3组均2个月1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组、对照1组、对照2组总有效率分别为98.7%、83.1%、85.3%,1年内复发率分别为12.8%、35.3%、33.3%。治疗组与对照1、2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论中药灌肠配合口服复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of chronic non - specificity ulcerative colitis treated by combination of herbal enema and complex glutamine capsule. Methods 240 cases of chronic non - specificity ulcerative colitis were randomized into three groups. Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of herbal enema and complex glutamine capsule. Patients in control groupl were treated by complex glutamine capsule and patients in control group2 were treated by herbal enema. Results The total effective rate were 98.7 %, 83. 1 % and85.3 % in treatment group, control groupl and control group2. The relapse ratio of treatment group, control groupl and control group2 were 12.8%, 35.3%and 33.3% for a year. Conclusion The treatment group had better effects than the two control groups. And the relapse ratio of treatment group were lower than the two control groups.
