绒毛膜促性腺激素穴位注射对先兆流产患者血清性激素的影响

The effect of fluid acupuncture therapy on the level of sex serum hormone of threatened abortion patients

目的观察绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)穴位注射对先兆流产患者血清性激素的影响。方法将216例先兆流产患者随机分为2组。治疗组116例采用HCG穴位注射,对照组100例采用HCG传统肌肉注射疗法。2组每次用药量相同,用至临床症状消失后1周。观察治疗前后血清性激素水平的变化及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率91.4%,对照组总有效率74%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不同孕周治疗前后血清性激素水平变化均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且2组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HCG穴位注射保胎成功率高、流产率低、不良反应少,明显优于传统的治疗方法。

Objective To observe fluid acupuncture therapy effect on the level of serum hormone in patients with threatened abortion. Methods 216 patients with threatened abortion were randomly divided into two groups. Cases in treatment group （ n = 116） were treated by fluid acupuncture therapy. And cases in control group （ n = 100） were treated by traditional intramuscular injection. The same dosage was given every time in two groups, and treatment was stopped a week after disappearance of clinical symptoms. The levels of serum sex hormone were compared before and after treatment Data of clinical dosage and clinical effect were processed in statistic methods. Results Successful rate was 91.38% in treatment group which there was no side effects successful rate of control group was 74%. There was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion fluid acupuncture therapy has successful rate of tocolysis, low rate of abortion and little side effects. Fluid acupuncture therapy was better than traditional therapy.
