灰色理论在泵站机电设备故障诊断中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 对灰色理论的基本原理进行了简单介绍,同时还介绍了用灰关联理论进行故障诊断的原理、方法及步骤,建立了简单的、适用于泵站机电设备的故障诊断模型.理论分析表明,在数据量不大的情况下,采用灰关联分析法是进行泵站机电设备故障诊断的一个简单有效的工具. The operation of the electromechanical equipment in pump stations has the characteristic of grey system, so the grey theory can be applied to the fault diagnosis of electromechanical equipment. The basic principle of grey theory is described simply. At the same time, the principle, method and the steps of diagnosing faults using grey theory are described too. And a simple fault-diagnosis model applying to pump stations is established. By theoretical analysis it is shown that the method of grey relational grade is an effective tool in fault diagnosis of the electromechanical equipment in pump stations under the condition of few data.
