摘要 文中介绍一种应用于移动机器人的高精度测距系统。该系统由SensComp公司生产的Polaroid 6500声纳模块、Polaroid 600传感器、AT89C2051单片机、环境温度检测电路等几部分构成。通过对超声波在空气中传播速度的温度补偿以及对测量结果的修正来提高测量精度。该系统具有工作稳定、抗干扰性强、响应速度快、测量精度高、维护方便等特点。 This paper introduced a high-accuracy distance measurement system which could apply to the mobile robot. This system composed by Sonar module which made by SensComp company, Polaroid 600 sensor, AT89C2051 MCU and circumstance temperature detect module. This system have Improved measurement result by compensated the ultrasonic speed in air in different temperature and corrected measuring result. The feather of this system have is higher stability, stronger anti-interference ability, quick response ability, high measures accuracy and easy to maintenance.
