统计质量控制过程中随机抽样数据精度诊断技术浅析

摘要 质量控制过程中随机抽样数据精度的判断直接关系到质量诊断的准确性。文中介绍了用spss和minitab绘制控制图、正态概率分布图、正态概率分布单位图和正态分布置信区间概率图四种直观图形对简单随机抽样的数据结果进行正态分布性测定,以确定抽样数据的精度,从而能够保证为决策分析提供更可靠的样本数据。 In the quality control process the random sampling data preoision judgment relates the quality diagnosis directly the accuracy. The article introduced uses spss and minitab plan control chart, Normal probability distribution map, Normal probability distribution unit chart and normal distribution confidence interval probability chart. Four kind of visual pictures carry on the normal distributed deterruination to the simple random sampling data result. By determines the sampling data the precision, Thus can guarantee provides the more reliable sample data for the decision analysis.
