摘要
使用不同的配比浓度将壳聚糖和黄腐酸配制成不同的天然植物养护剂,观察其对于番茄和黄瓜生殖生长过程中的成花生理和果实中部分营养成分含量的影响。结果表明:不同浓度和配比的养护剂对2种作物的生殖生理均有不同的影响,适当的配方可以使番茄首花出现时间提前和提高黄瓜的雌雄花比,并使黄瓜果实中可溶性糖提高7.93%,有机酸提高8.77%,番茄果实中维生素C提高2.31%。证明合适的壳聚糖和黄腐酸配比的植物养护剂可促进植物生殖生长,并可提高果实质量。
Concentrations at different ratios of chitosan and biotechnical fulvatum acid (BFA) were applied to growing cucumber and tomato and the change of their nutrients in reproductive growth was observed. The result indicated that the protective reagent of different ratios and concentrations led to various influences on both plants. The natural protective reagent of plants of suitable kind and concentrations of chitosan and BFA made the first blossoming of tomato early, the ratio of female and male flowers in cucumber increase, the soluble sugar rise by 7.93 % and organic acid by 8.77 % in cucumber, and made the vitamin in tomato C increase by 2.31%. It then can be concluded that an appropriate ratio and concentration can improve the reproductive growth of both plants and the quality of their fruits.
