农村土地征收补偿主要问题研究

Research on Rural Lands' Imposition and Compensation in Law of Land Administration

征地补偿问题是征地制度的核心问题,也是我国现行征地制度备受关注和责备的焦点,同时也是我国现行征地制度改革的难点所在。在土地征收过程中,除对农民的补偿标准偏低之外,补偿费用的分配也十分混乱,不利于农民权益的保障和社会的安定团结。就农村土地征用制度中的补偿问题进行研究,并就其完善提出一定的建议具有重要的理论和现实意义。

Land imposition and compensation proves the neutral issue in imposition system, and also the focus causing concerning and blaming in current system, the dilemma in existence. In the process of land imposition, there had existed conditions of lower compensative level and disordered attribution, which turned out malignant for farmers＇ rights guarantee and social steady. The essay executed research on the compensation in rural land imposition and proposed suggestions with great theoretical and realistic significance.
