摘要
采用生理、生化测试的方法,研究高原训练对提高速度滑冰运动员身体机能的效果和机理,探讨速滑运动员高原训练时血红蛋白(HB)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)和血清睾酮(T)等指标变化的特征。适宜的高原训练负荷,可以提高速滑运动员的血红蛋白、血清睾酮与降低血清肌酸激酶水平。
Adopting the physiology and biochemical method of testing, the author discusses the effect and mechanism of altitude training on improving the speed skater' s body function and understands the change of HB, CK and T index during altitude training. The results shows that this altitude training load level may increase their HB, T and decrease CK index to effectively advance their body function.
