摘要
依据认知心理学理论、体育美学、课堂教学心理学理论和女大学生身心特点,运用问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,分析在健美操的教学中,师生重视课堂仪表对女大学生学习健美操态度、兴趣、体育行为及审美情趣的正面影响。
On the basis of cognitive peychology, sports aesthetics, classroom instruction psychology and the mental and physical characteristics of female students, through questionnaires, interviews and statistics, this article comes to the cenclusion that in the teaching of aerobics, classroom appearance by teachers and students will have a positive effect on female students' attitude and interest in learning aerobics,sports behavior and aesthetic taste.
