摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈法等对高校体育师范生的教学能力进行实证分析和调查,研究表明:学生自主备课、讲课、参与部分常规教学和组织竞赛,不仅能调动学生参与教学的热情,激活课堂气氛,增强学生学习的兴趣,加深学生对体育理论知识和技术、技能的理解,而且对培养学生的自主学习能力、表达能力、组织教学能力、创新能力、沟通能力,激发团结合作精神和竞争意识等都有积极的作用。
The thesis launches an empirical analysis and investigation on the teaching ability of college sports Students,By means of documentation and interview,the research shows that preparing lessons and giving the lectures by students not only to mobilize the enthusiasm of activating the class,the atmosphere and enhance their interest in learning, deepen students' understanding in the theory and the skill,but also to develop the ability of self- learning, expressing, organization , innovation, communication and develop their spirit of cooperation and the sense of competition.
