摘要
当下有众多论文著作对中国高校教育纠纷进行深入研究,角度各有不同,但往往深度有余、方法不足。特别是解决高校教育纠纷的路径,设立的制度模式,不足以带来新气象。只有对高校教育纠纷的特质深入分析,以此为基础构建的路径模式才会解决真问题。
Nowadays,there are numerous academic papers studying deeply on China's higher education disputation from different viewpoints.However, these studies are deep in depth, while lack of ways. The papers are not powerful enough to bring a new atmosphere for higher education, especially on paths to re- solve disputations and on setting up a system model. Only after we analyze the features of higher education disputation and build up a pattern of the path on the basis of the study, then will we really solve the problem.
